I accidentally carbonated a whole picnic once. Turns out dry ice shouldn't be used in a sealed cooler. We thought everything had gone bad because it made our tongues feel really odd, and threw out most of it before we realized what had happened. Carbonated avocado is. not great.

I hope that area was well ventilated. A risk of using liquid nitrogen is the amount of expansion that occurs when it goes from liquid to gas can push oxygen out of the room.
