Farideh s Ragu Is The Ultimate Comfort Food

Farideh is back in her kitchen making a savory beef and pork ragu served with creamy polenta and an herb dressing, a perfect meal for a cold winter night. Farideh slow-cooks this ragu made with beef chuck, pork shoulder, pancetta, and red wine. The polenta is packed with parmesan cheese and Farideh whips up a bright herb dressing with basil, red wine vinegar, and chili flakes to drizzle on top. Andrew: This looks absolutely amazing. Going to make this tonight hopefully. I was a skateboarder going to contest and stuff like that and I ended up cracking my pelvis on a handrail in basically I became afraid to skateboard which kind of sucks cuz I was really good

My wife and her family are from Sicily and I hate talking food with them. I love her family, I love Italy and Sicily, but come on. They all act as if u change one tiny lil ingredient, or process, that your the worst person in the world. Get off your high horse. damn! If it weren't for the Chinese they wouldn't have PASTA, if it weren't for Peru no potatoes for Gnocchi, Corn for polenta. North/South American natives, tomato from the Americas as well. They way I see it this side of the world (China/Persia the exception) everything they make worth eating came from the AMERICAS!

Breaking my leg made me not wanna do tricks on my skateboard anymore either. Like your arm, my leg was all floppy and I didn't even break it skateboarding. For shame.
