Random week slams shut with a simple grilled chicken breast with me using my vegetable obsession - the green onion as a simple little pesto. Randy: Just found your page and I think I've found my new culinary home! I love pesto, chicken, and the techniques you use. I agree with you that most of the time ( except for gumbos, etc. ) the best recipes are the simplest. They are also some of the most difficult to do properly to get the best each ingredient has to offer. Sorta like sushimi. you have to have the best quality ingredients to prepare great sushi. Your chicken with fresh scallion pesto looks great and I will be making it tomorrow. I don't know what is wrong with the 7 trolls who disliked this video but my money says they can't cook worth crap. Thanks for making this video and sharing it with us. and keep up the good work!

I grabbed my metal pan's handle right out of the oven not long ago. Didn't have anywhere to put it, while in a panic situation, so I just dropped it on the floor. I actually tried to take the time to find a place to put it since it was a meal I took a lot of time to prepare. The things I do for my family lolz: P

Save your green onion roots. Soak them over night in water. Plant them the next day in small flowers pots. Place them all over the back patio. They grow fast. Do it over and over.
