Sam, hearing you're not a Pecorino Romano fan hurt me. I'm sorry but I'm going to have to withdraw my marriage proposal to you, I could never spend my life with someone so vile. Good luck eating your delicious Parmigiano for the rest of your life. I hope you do well.

To quote something Ave says from time to time, I literally thought that the blender let the smoke out when you started to grind the cheese. But I quickly figured out that there was a pot behind the blender. But I know which version would be the most entertaining! :-)

I hate Pecorino Romano. Parmesan is preferable. And I d much rather have gnocchi than noodles. Pancetta and gnocchi water, yes. More parm and pepper, yes! More parsley, though. It s not just for decoration, you know. I definitely need shelf-stable gnocchi!

Sams pronouncing of Gnocci was actually pretty good - of course with an american accent, but that's okay. Most people over here in Germany call them Gnod-cheese or Gnoggeese. Chianti is also fun here She-aan-tea and Bruscetta is also great: Brru-chedda

OK, I really dig the food I've made via Sam over the past few years. But, seriously; what happened to Jilly and Lin? I'm in no mood to watch stoner food videos. You can YT some twit from the East Coast of Canada, Matty something, total loudmouth.

At 3: 30 I thought Sam fried the blender. You could hear it trying to run and through the clear pitcher u could see the steam off the pot in the background which I though was smoke. LOL
