for the love of God, please, please, please. If you do come out with your cast iron line make it a smooth bottom and not rough unfinished crap from Lodge or Amazon Basics. It took me 2 hours of sanding and then the process of reasoning them just to make them worth cooking with. Love them now. Also make a pan thats 17 inches or biggger. Something to fit 4 steaks in that I can sear and put in the oven to finish. Just some thoughts from a guy who loves cooking for a family of 7.

Sam your missing the point prob with people complaining about the cheese. There is no difference between you shredding the cheese or buying shredded cheese, as long as the cheese is real cheese. (Not processed) ( It melts more smoothly. Pre-grated cheese contains preservatives like potato starch and natamycin, meant to keep the shreds from clumping together in the bag. That also means they don't melt together as well when cooking) Hope that helps.

We have Arturo's Puffy Taco restaurant in Whittier, CA.
Well worth the short detour from the i5, if you are headed towards LA

True southern doesn t usually have bacon pieces. Needs ground mustard, sometimes a little cayenne. Still looks good! Thank you for not ruining it with breadcrumbs
