Delicious ---you are funny--love your style and you are a great chef--I doubled the beans for 3 large paddies and added some crushed almonds and some left over baguette of butter garlic bread that I had in the refrigerator and it was a big hit( I think the garlic butter bread comes that I used that I had made added sooo much flavor--also I used 2 and a half large cloves of garlic -used the food prossor and it was less work! Thanks

Just a simple question, why is refried is assumed its a kind of bean or a color of bean. Refried is a way you prepare cooked beans. It can be regrows pinto, refried black, refried kidney, refried navy etc. I love refried black yet I never use oil in my refried beans no fat refried beans are delicious. Its just mashing the means and letting it dry as dry as you like. But now. your burgers looks delish!

Dude, I know you get alot of comments on this on how this wasn't professional or your attitude towards the whole thing, but I feel that's missing the point. This isn't suppose to a cooking show that you see on TV, this is more of a anti-cooking show, something that you don't see on TV but online. And I appreciate this, thank you (at least that's how I see it.

This is such a camera disaster and cluster F. Max is not showing us anything that Sam is doing. This is so hilarious! Max doesn't seem to know that his camera is off. How can I learn how to make the black bean burger if I can't see it? Yvette M.

I don't care if this was done unprofessionally. There is a link to the recipe right below the video. I love this guy because he made killer enchiladas and told off Kathie Lee Gifford. (Oh and the bean burger wasn't that bad either)

This guy is very unlike me. He seems super angry and bitter. I dint get it, I couldnt even finish watching this. All I git was anger and it looks behind the scenes of behind the scenes of a cooking show. Great kitchen HORRIBLE HOST.

Oh, Sam. Eat a freaking Chipotle burrito. Maybe you went to a messy shop, but the stuff is cooked on site. Ingredients are simple and extremely fresh. Next time that you are in the Mission District in SF try a taqueria. Same idea.
