Apart from just reheating a leftover tamale, this might be the best way way to eat it. N.B.: When he went into the refrigerator, he said he got some shredded mozzarella cheese. I wondered why he didn't use monterey jack. Then when he put the food in the ramekins, he kept saying monterey jack.
