Indonesian fried rice - obviously. anthony: This is just basic fried rice. You need ketchap manis and shrimp paste to get an authentic taste. Also the egg should be fried crispy on the edges. Also nasi goreng usually comes with some fish crackers kropek and satay ayam which is grilled chicken with peanut sauce. You get to really enjoy the experience. I lived in indonesia for 8 years. Thier food is what i miss the most.

There are many types/version of nasi goreng through all Indonesian archipelago every tribes has their own ingredients. I like nasi goreng very much and i also have my own version
