We make it, and then turn it into a crazy good benny. lordphenix2002: I have loved both the original Velveeta + Rotel queso sauce recipe as well as adding chili to it for as long as I can remember. This version from Sam looks like it takes those recipes to a whole new plane of existence. Thanks for another fantastic video.

Could be a bit more rest of the world friendly. instead of quoting ingredients more or less only found in the USA. cans of chilli dont exist in london, dunno about the rest of Europe. so thats this continent for a start.

I'm not really sure it's necessary for Max to say WOOOOW at every plating. Now Sam I know you are the protective Daddy and say something but you have your own list of things you find annoying.

Folks, buy bricks of cheese and shred it yourself for better meltiness. The pre-shredded stuff is coated with powders to keep them from caking in the bag. That powder gets in the way of melting too

Your spice drawer/rack looks like mine, but mine is open at both sides. My dad had extra space in my place when it was made and I just decided to make it my spice rack.

Just a tip. adding a bit of sodium citrate will emulsify the cheese and make it super creamy and will not clump up. Sodium citrate changed my queso game.
