A drop of honey on top of the butter would be awesome too. Where's the sausage gravy, eggs cooked the way you like and sliced tomatoes. Now you're talking. BTW buttermilk adds another dimension vs the heavy cream, etc.

I think if you would have called these buttermilk rolls or something like that I would be okay with this. But it just isn't a biscuit without butter.

Those look almost as bad as Bisquik bisquits. Useless for anything but under sausage gravy. Please go back to making real recipes and videos.
