What do you say about bread - sliced & stuffed with cheese, bacon and onion - then drizzled with garlic mustard butter and baked? I say Oh holy xxxx. INGREDIENTS: 1 round bread loaf, sourdough is ideal for this 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese 3 garlic cloves, minced 6 green onions, white & light green parts only, diced 8 pieces of bacon, cooked & crumbled 1/2 cup butter, melted 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons sriracha 1 teaspoon each oregano and garlic powder Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper

We do something similar in our house. But we use 4 different cheeses, cut them in squares and place them in each slot. melt butter and garlic and pour it in the bottom of the pan. cover with foil bake. And at the very end pour bacon with green onion and a little more melted butter over it. Mind blown!
