350 on middle shelf of calibrated oven: 25 min = raw, 30 min= raw-ish, 35 min, uncooked in middle fat is still white, but looking ok on ends, 40 minutes= still needs cooking in the middle and too uncooked on bottom of slices! 45 minutes= looks likes bacon is cooked to resemble bacon in video and the bottom is cooked. And it is the best bacon I have ever had.

Listen muh peeps. THE best way to cook bacon is in a panini press like a Cuisinart Griddler. 1) the bacon doesnt curl 2) ZERO splatter 3) the yummy bacon fat runs into the drip cups. Just strain that through one of those 5 cone-shaped permanent coffee filters you buy at the grocery store into a Mason jar and you have the best cooking fat ever.

Why don't you just describe what the video is about in the title instead of using clickbait to sellout merch? Best is subjective and perfect doesn't exist. Why doesn't anybody have any integrity these days? Just name the video my favorite way to cook bacon or just bacon. You'll get more views, subscriptions, and respect from intelligent people.

We had a rainy day here in southern New Jersey and I was craving a breakfast dinner. I wanted to triple-check on how to cook bacon in the oven and just like you said towards the end, I paired it with homemade pancakes and some over easy eggs. In my 35 years of existence, I never thought of putting a glaze on bacon at home and WOW was it good.

I hate to tell a professional such as yourself what to do, but you skipped a step. You forgot to take a swig out of that bourbon. And yes, I've stopped using a frying pan to cook my bacon and it does come out nice and flat every time. I'm going to have to try your pumped up bacon next time we have it in the morning.

SKIP the rack, and just put a piece of foil over the whole pan, and cook the bacon right on the surface. After the grease cools, you can peel the foil off, and discard almost the whole thing with little left to clean on the pan. And no bacon bits that stuck to clean off.

Love this idea. I typically only cook bacon in the summer for BLT's so I can do it on the Holland grill. The sauce sounds like a fantastic idea and in the oven, if it works, will allow me to enjoy this class I carcinogen year-round: -)

My Dad did this on Sunday mornings in the late 50s early 60s. no sauce, along with fried potato cakes with left over mashed potatoes. Going to do this in my pellet smoker. He loved to watch us eat our breakfast! Thanks

Uh. Sorry but for me Air Fryer bacon beat oven baked bacon to pieces. 400 at 10 min ready to go. Get thick cut. Cripsy chewy awesomeness, great if you have a recipe to collect bacon grease for something as well.
