I'll show you how to make the best breakfast burrito w/ lobster tails & scrambled eggs - it's the! Kevin: Hey Sam! This past weekend I was in Indiana for an educational conference and was treated to a local steakhouse. I had a bacon and egg ribeye that was pretty damn good. When I was eating it though I found myself curious to see how you would prepare it. The bacon, egg, and steak were amazing. I wasnt a fan of the potato it was served with. Heres the menu description. Char-broiled, seasoned with espresso salt, topped with bacon marmalade and fried eggs, and served over lyonnaise potatoes. I took a pic but cant attach it. Love to see you try this!

I LOVE lobster but unfortunately one bite and it's the pearly gates for me. However, I have discovered a little fungus, how be it NOT CHEAP! 42. 00 per pound the famous Lobster Mushroom. I have finally found a website to where I can purchase these little ok not so little Gems and recreate the dishes I love so much.

First Puerto Nuevo trip was in '82. Ortegas Place, overlooking the beach. Lobster, tortillas, rice, beans and a couple of cervezas was 15 at the exchange rate we got. Good Times! And Bless you Sam for introducing me to Chipotle peppers in Adobo Sauce!

Only criticism from this dish your supposed to score the lobster meat so it doesn't seize up like it did. Also he should of seasoned the eggs. After it was cooked. Other then that great dish.

This looks awesome but breakfast Burritos only happen for 1 of 2 reasons(well at least in my house)1. hung over2. want something simple and easy(which kinda goes back to reason 1)

The lobster tails remind of the Silverton buffet in Las Vegas. All you can eat lobster tails dunked in a pot of melted butter before they put them on your plate. Amazing.

Nice. You know, on the other side of the continent, in Newport, RI, they also kick out some killer lobster. I feel a Baja/New England fusion cuisine waiting to be born.
