Here's a BRUTALLY HONEST flight review of my Delta One suite on the Airbus A350 to Tokyo (HND. jrs89: Delta does not operate their own lounge at Haneda (HND, but they do at Narita (NRT. NRT actually has two SkyClub lounges. As Delta will soon shift all their Tokyo flights from NRT to HND, they may open a SkyClub at HND. Delta currently operates just two flights, MSP and LAX, at HND. It has a much larger operation at NRT. They inherited their NRT hub from Northwest Airlines about ten years ago. Since then, HND has slowly loosened international flight restrictions and has eclipsed NRT serving as Tokyo's primary international gateway. For years, Delta has wanted to get out of NRT and operate at HND. Up until recently, they only had regulatory approval for two flights to HND (MSP and LAX. Because HND slots are scarce and valuable, Delta accepted them. With such a small operation and no Japanese airline to partner with (i. e, JAL + AA, ANA + UA, they contracted with TIAT to provide a lounge. This past month, Delta received regulatory approval to operate all of its flights at HND. It will be closing down the NRT hub by the next year. Delta will soon have the largest presence among US airlines at HND. They will likely open a SkyClub at HND.

Ugh. the people that don't watch the whole video before they comment. OK, Heads up. Sam explains that he is shooting the feed on the plane by himself, No super Max is there, Sam explains he is not good behind the camera only in front, so yeah, it is not as good as Max, but I turned up my volume and it was fine. He has to be quiet on the plane, can't be shouting out how much of a beyatch the flight attendant is being! hahahahahahaha! You have to watch a lot of his videos to understand his personality, then you either get him or you don't. If you don't, go watch those fake celebrity videos, where the recipes don't work because it is all for show, not consumption. Keep doing you Sam, some of us get it!

This is a bit too whiny. sorry man. Flying internationally sucks in general. and the fact you can fly business class and are whining about it (no matter how crappy Delta handled it) kills a lot empathy you might get. Now granted my whine meter tolerance is low, having been in the Marines, but the fact you didn't get your precious Asian meal. Too bad. DEAL (which I think you basically did, but ugh. you whined. Sigh. you're awesome sauce, but this wasn't pretty.

Sam, Please keep in mind that on U. S. air carriers we Captain (have your back also) We will cancel the flight when the aircraft brakes to a point we Captain feel the flight can not be made safely. This is not true on some none U. S airlines. So you should be glad the flight was canceled. Richard P. S. can you please reply to my e-mail about your kitchen dimensions. thanks

Max, a little suggestion for future videos: maybe turn down the volume a bit during the transitions with the music. the bass is a bit too strong and it feels like it's a bit too loud compared to Sam's voice throughout the video. I have to turn down my speakers everytime. Other than that, everything's great and I love watching every video that you guys make.

Ive never flown anything more than economy plus but I do respect his criticism, if you pay for a ticket in business class you expect to get your moneys worth. Before making a comment consider that if you paid that sum you would have high standards also, dont just look a this and say oh I fly with worse conditions so hes spoiled go complaining.

Audio from roughly 3: 40 to 6: 30 wasn't just not good, wasn't just bad, it was actually painful to hear. As in absolutely skip that part even if you tell us where hoffa is, what number to call to win a million dollars, don't care. Don't ever use that audio setup ever again Sam, or else I'll start using Canadian pejoratives and what not.

We just flew round trip business (same as First Class) to Europe on Delta and loved it. Privacy, comfort, top-shelf liquor, entertainment, and decent food. What's not to like, besides the price? Have also flown Lufthansa (on someone else's dime) and it was a level above in every way. Recommend either if they're going your way.

Wife works for an airline (won't say which one, but I know from experience they like you to dress business casual, or professional. Im sorry you feel like that stewardess didn't like you. Asking for 2 drinks shouldn't be an issue. It's a long flight, so they can deal with it.

I used to spend 300 days a year on the road. Delta was by far the most reliable airline. My advice to those of you considering travel abroad. Use cash. There is a currency exchange at the airport. My CC information was stolen 3 times in 3 different countries.
