But once cooked. (I like all my red meat just medium, just me) and once cooked, OMFG, Tender, juicy and ready to serve after rest. I have been cooking for myself and other for over 30 years. Same time as an Electronics /PC Tech. Practice IS VERY GOOD! Just got turned onto your show a week ago. keep keeping it real esp. with the sailor/blue collar language! We don't hold abck here in MI!

Fix the plastic wrap problem! If you look at the end of such dispenser boxes there is a circular indentation at each end. Push both of them to inside the roll of wrap (one on each end) and it kinda (KINDA) holds things in place for rolling out the wrap and cutting. Of course, those dang cutters have a tendency to start disconnecting from the box and then you might still get irritated and use scissors or a knife. Like I do. Anyway: you are welcome. I tell you this because we love y'all.

So I made this. And it was incredible! The gf loved it, she said all the flavors and textures played off each other for an awesome experience. What I also did was guacamole on half of it and the salsa verde sauce on the other half, then topped with Muenster cheese. Simply amazing.

I made the yesterday for my family and in-laws. This is an AMAZING sandwich. The heat from the chipotle peppers is really evened out by the bread and sour cream sauce. Really really good stuff.

Might work better if you mixed the veggies and the cut up steak before putting them on the bread. with a bit of cheese on the top piece of bread to help hold it together

I know this is a pretty simple recipe but I was looking on your site to get an idea of how much of each ingredient I needed for the amount of skirt I have but couldnt find it.

Made it with ny strip steaks. I used a little less freshly squeezed oj and added a bit of red wine to the marinade. Those chipotle peppers are dank as fok in chili too.
