Imagine just beneath the tomatiee? dunno how to spell it sorry)cheese sauce you take like 2 whole egg yolks like when one makes that firm white/runny yolk combo and just drizzled it all over, makes everything sticky along with that salty yolky taste and texture, and then right beneath that layer after going through the cheese sauce and yolk you get everything else that is there? hmmm. oh my gosh, I think that's the only other thing I'd want but no doubt this alone is an absolute banger, love your videos, keep up the awesome work.

That looked amazing Sam. I've flattened chicken breasts out to make Katsu Chicken but never that much. damn: ) Wish I could find Tomatillos here in the UK but not really a staple like the southern states in the US - and I don't live in a big city, I live in a time village- thankfully. Great ideas, great energy and very real production - lobe to see Max and other members of the crew show up on camera. Well keep safe. I'll keep watching so please keep entertaining and educating.

It is kinda of funny you spend a lot of time trying to tell jokes (which is just taking up time so you can play maybe one more ad than you normally do, which is already too much. This is why I watch maybe one of your cooking? videos to 20 of other. Because when I want to learn something on cooking something like this could have been covered in a 10 minute video just as good. But good content none-the-less

As always a fantastic sandwich. But when you load it up with MSG that is a bit of a cheat. So since Sam doesn't do it out front, I will. That KewPie japanese mayo is loaded with MSG. Right on the label folks. Other than that; I'm gonna go get some tomatillos and make that salsa.

You know plastic wrap works pretty well in place of the bag and is technically more eco-friendly. I dunno. I still am looking for good ways to be environmentally sound while being able to flatten meat too. It's rough. I am sure a plastic bag is not the way though

Sam, if it's not too late you should look into using VG10 steel on your knife instead of the X50CrMoV15. If it isn't cost prohibitive, it's a durable, very corrosion-resistant steel with better edge retention, so it needs sharpening less often. Just a suggestion!

16: 31 is my absolute pet peeve. I lose all possible control and sense of logic when all the parts of a sandwich fall out of it and I could basically start over. I would have completely lost my shit and lobbed all that hard work over the fence.

Pretty sure my comment is WAAAY too far down to be seen, but what do you do for goulash? Seems like it should be easy, but I can not make a goulash that doesn't either taste meh or just exactly like my spaghetti. Boom! Free shirt.
