It's a homemade version of the legendary Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sandwich from Subway! KibototV2: Sam, I really enjoy your videos and I find them interesting. But, I have a problem with what you did in this video. Where I'm from, we care about plastic waste but I'm not quite sure for you (in this video to be exact. I don't see a point of using a zip lock bag, which is coloured plastic, made and sold in millions and why does it have to be destroyed, ripped. I'm not an activist, but II'm trying to be more aware of my actions. What, you smash the chicken breast (but you should cut it with a knife, make a heart shape and roll it with rolling pin) and throw away your plastic bag? If I have to sound pity, I really hate these days when I see tons of things in stores wrapped in plastic and people using new plastic bags every time they go to the store instead of using those shopping/grocery bags that they can reuse. I always carry at least one with me in my car in case I have to stop by in the market. I would say anything to you if hundredths of people weren't watching you. Sorry of and harsh words, but maybe you should rethink of your actions.

Sam, just a little piece of insight thought for you. People choose to buy the Subway sandwiches for both the quick fast food convenience with time being the issue, and the personal selection preference of what subway sandwich option. or going to a burger, hotdog, or pizza place instead, etc. not because they don't like quality food that tastes better and the time to sit down and eat it. If people had a choice, we'd all like to sit down and eat a quality great tasting sandwich, burger, etc instead.

Greetings from Vermont - good episode/recipe/meal/pizza suggestion - thank you! I think it's time Ms Jilly is shown some love; out from the shadows she needs to step. Her perspective will spice-up the (and now we) mix. Shake & bake Sam & Max out of their comfort routine; who knows what could happen. Love STCG and it needs to shoot a few episodes in Montreal/Quebec City this coming Summer. Perhaps even visit the craft beer state of Vermont? Toodles for now.

Hey Sam, love your videos so much! My Dad and I watch together and when we arent together, we watch solo and then discuss later on in the week. I am trying to learn to make my own bagels at home, but I cant seem to find a recipe that I like. Would you maybe consider doing an easy bagel recipe video? :) thanks, hopefully you see my comment.

If you only knew how long I have been looking for a way to make Subway's Sweet Onion Sauce at home. You are da man! -- Next on my wish list. Their cranberry mustard sauce. You would be da ultraman! -- I am sleep deprived. I have been binge watching the cooking guy videos most of night. Your outdoor kitchen is awesome!

He used the paper towel roll not once, not twice, but three whole times. This video is extra special. We should do a running joke with every episode where he increases the number of paper towel roll uses by 1 each time, and so a month from now any new viewers will just watch in awe.

I love your vids. But why waste multiple layers of paper towels for one swipe? Why waste six sheets when you only need one? That tree took years to grow so you waste paper on film trying to be cool. Not cool. I'm a 50 year old man.

We had that for dinner the day you posted it. My husband came and sat by me as I was watching your video and said how great it looked then he proceeded to go to the store and get everything we needed. Wow! Thanks Sam.

Hey Sam and Max! My parents and I love watching your videos when we get together. We are making your chicken enchiladas tonight. Question- what is the round, black cutting board you use in your outdoor kitchen made of?
