12: 53 If you want the tail to be whole you can simply follow the steps from Sam as he was cutting the top shell with A heavy duty sharp kitchen scissors. Instead of cutting through you can use your index and middle fingers to run through from the bottom, just make sure you get under the lobster meat. Gently push your index and middle finger upward to have the lobster tail exposed out of the shell but still keeping it connected to the shell. Slap some garlic butter on top and cook them with steam. I know this was off topic however I wanted to share this. I love lobster tails.

Appreciate the video's have been looking for cheap filling meal's & the 1st vid helped fairly well like a frozen fajita in a bag plus 6 cups of spicy beef flavored ramen for about 32c a cop. (though probably not original that was My own idea) If you make a part 3 could u try to come up with something filling 'n cheap and take's very little time. BTW Apple & Cherry jelly are the 2 best flavor's.

3: 00 I believe it depends on personal preference. People wash mushrooms because they don't want to eat sht in their mushrooms, just make sure you dry them really well. Some people don't wash them because the mushrooms will absorb the moisture and become too watery. Just do what you want to do with them and get on with it.

I see all the comments on the name shepherd's pie and cottage pie and you are all correct. Sam was in England and he does know the difference but in his defense It was what we called it in Canada when I grew up there so to a Canadian who does not raise sheep, :-) it's a shepherd's pie.

I remember when I was a kid, some 30 years ago, we didn't wash mushrooms but we peeled them! Everybody did! It took forever and was completely pointless. I dunno what the thinking was at the time. I suppose just to get rid of the dirt. Thankfully we learned just to wipe them. years later!

A question about the mushrooms. SAM! Did you continue with your purchase, or put the mushrooms back? I definately would have gone elsewhere. Just stating my opinion. As to the lobster tail, the st vein that runs down the top middle of the back, and the anus was not taken out.

Im going to try this PB&J only because its different - honestly Ive never been able to do PB&J normally anyway - it doesnt appeal to me. Honestly Im the guy who eats peanut butter on one and jelly on the other and they never mix. But in the interest of science, I will try.

The fact that you went back for a 2nd bite of the shepherds pie knowing youll burn yourself so bad said its worth it. I cant wait to try this at home. Maybe not with store bought mashed but I see what you were going for. Thank you for taking the time out to share this with us.
