Looks great Sam but 95 percent of the chorizo here in west Texas is made from limpnoids and glands mainly and be the time you fry it up 80 percent of it is grease, it tastes good but you get maybe 3 tablespoons out of a pound of chorizo

I’m sitting here in Reno, watching Sam complain about it being 81 degrees outside, with my house at 82 degrees INSIDE because it’s over 100 outside and my swamp cooler can only get me 20 degrees worth of relief. Zero sympathy, man.

That reminds my of Pepper pie. It's basically making a pizza backwards in a cast iron skillet. Start with Pepperoni on the bottom, then veggies, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and pour your biscuit on top and bake in oven.

In my neck of the woods we call that a Breakfast Cobbler except we use venison sausage. If done correctly, after eating you wanna crawl back in bed a few more hours. I make several and freeze them for later meals.

Had our hottest trailer delivery: 111F in St. George, UT a couple of days ago. Sucked, then played through Vegas an hour later at 118 f. San Diego (love it there) is wimpy-times.
