Sam-- I'm Bob Living in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Love your show. I know you love Asian food- I have 3 mind-blowing, simple Thai recipes that IMO would be great on your show. You don't see these dishes in the states. They are pad kapow- can be made with shrimp, ground pork or beef- a one pan dish, Khao Soi, a northern Thai noodle dish, can be made with chicken, pork or beef and then Gung Hinlay or Hinlay curry- usually made with pork. My wife makes the hinlay better than most. There's also clams with red Chile paste and basil. Let me know

In addition to heavy whipping cream and coconut cream suggested by Sam, you should also always have cans of Nestle table cream and you can use that in food as well and they are good for a long time with a long expiration date. There's a regular one and sometimes you can also find a lite one but definitely recommend. I usually find then in the hispanic/latin american/interntional foods aisle of the grocery stores.

Looks delicious, and we're going to try it. However, NY wife and I think that tou added the spinach WAY too early. It was dead.
We'd add it AFTER taking the dish out of the oven. Just add the spinach and put on a lid. Residual heat and steam would cook it nicely. It would stay vibrant.

I was gonna make pizza tonight, but I might make this. Then I had this bizarre idea where I think I'd like to take the leftovers of this, chop it all up and just smear it all over a pizza crust, top it with cheese and make it into a pizza. Somehow I think that would be really good.

Your Chicken fricassee recipe has been my favorite, I make it regularly; and serve it with air fried crinkle fries on the bottom, which soak up the cream sauce, I love that recipe. But, this twist you did with coconut cream is something I am looking forward to make! Thank You!

Definitely down with the coconut cream, but if I went that route I would go with more Thai or Malay flavors over European. And I'd mix the spinach with some basil. cuz I love basil to an unhealthy degree.

Court d’Alene means heart of the lance referring to a Native American chief who was known among early settlers for his clever trading. Also, it is abbreviated as CDA, pronounced cooda like barracuda.

5: 04 Also for lactose intolerant folks! Use coconut cream instead heavy cream! Also substitute Parsley for the Cilantro for us intolerant people in any recipe Cilantro is called! out for!

KEWPIE is GREAT! I took your advice and purchased some Kewpie Mayo from a local big box store. This is no ordinary mayo! The flavor is beyond any other mayo. Thanks for the tip. Don VH

oof, that final product looks a bit greasy. I'm sure it tastes good, but I probably would try to syphon off some of that chicken fat, or add some grains to soak some of it up.

This recipe looks absolutely insane. Can't wait to try it. Made the hubby watch the episode. We always love your recipes. Thank you Sam. Thank you Chance. Thanks Max.

Beurk. It looks like a Marie-Claire magazine kind of cheap recipe for the Quebequers who listen to Ricardo and think this is special meal.
Coco and tomato beurk

The only time I abbreviate Coeur d'Alene is on mail and applications. I think capers and crimini mushrooms would be delicious additions to this recipe.

I'm a former Minnesotan, living in Idaho, North Of Coeur d' Alene, near the shores of Lake Pend Orielle. The French fur trappers seem to have named it all.

To get rid of your fly problem, cut a lemon in half (or quarters, stick whole cloves into the pulp, and place them around your patio. Fly-be-gone.

The problem with using coconut cream in this recipe is it will split. You could see the layer of oil on top when he took the pan out of the oven
