Only things I'd do different is put 1 salami on top of each onion instead of in between rows, maybe a little extra cheese on top to make a full seal, light oil or seasoned butter and I do mean light. This way you can serve in singles or multiple slices without the hassle of who got more meat as your piece had like a quarter but an interior piece has a full slice on all for corners. But let's be real fatty meat cheese onion can't go wrong. Shoulda been a red onion.

Oh, we agree with you just entertain us and thank God I don’t pay you anything because I’m broke. I’m gonna need The Boys to do some more sons of Sam and also I don’t know if I like onions quite that much but I think I can get behind this it’s just weird that you’re holding it up like thatcause I like onions I want onions on everything. I just think that might be too many onions but let’s see where this takes us. Love you, Sam.

I guess technically you could call it keto depending on how much you eat but sugars and onions are unknown thing yellow onion is the least sugary and when you’re on keto, they tell you to shy away from onions, but you know that’s just coming from a nutritionist but if you like it, you like itit is whatever

SAM! I implore you to use the guard when using that meat slicer! i have seen the outcome of what one of those things can do to a hand. Seeing the deli machine reminded me of the time I made jerkey and used it to cut WAY too much jerkey to eat.
If you do do a jerkey episode, I used omaha steak seasoning on one batch and montreal steak seasoning on another and it made some of my all time favorite jerky.

Fort the love of God and all that is good, PLEASE, PLEASE learn how to use your slicer. It will take off your fingertips before you know they're gone. Use the pusher when things get short or small. like the onions. Love your show.

This is so wrong on all levels - I thought Sam & the guys would never go full (deli, stoned) tiktok - bloody hard work but ok burned cheese - You don't need the numbers - do a salmon pizza ffs - the fella has been asking for years

I have never seen this before but I want to make it and wrap it around a meatloaf.
Also Sam the slicer has a guard for a reason. It will be a lot harder to make food when you are missing fingers.

lols on the flip! I will say, this is great for mass producing a topping for a sandwich or even on some keto bread you're cooking at the same time then slap some sauce then this topping on.

As an onion lover that looks sofa king amazing. I'd just do the mazza/parm/egg/ital, garlic season thing with the onion rounds and some big pepperonis and skip the spicy shit.

Sam has an unusual skill at being able to apply herbs and/or spices evenly with the cap off of the jar. The rest of us are probably just shakers.
