These EGGS!
You gotta try these!
As much as you love eggs, you really gotta try these deviled eggs. Even if you don't make a video of it, I'd love to hear your feed back on them.
Peanut Butter & Horseradish Deviled Eggs.
1 Part Cooked Egg Yolks
1/4 Part Peanut Butter
1/4 Part Horseradish Sauce (I know you like straight horseradish - not sure how much of that to use if you sub)
1/2 Part Mayo (Kewpie for sure)
Kosher Dill Pickle (small slices about the length of the egg and only about 1/4 - 1/3 inch wide)
Smoked Paprika
Sriracha Hot Sauce (or, in your case, you'll prolly use Cholula but the thicker Sriracha will present better for Max's photos)
Slice hard boiled eggs lengthwise and remove yolks.
Mash yolks with fork until fine.
Mix in Peanut Butter and Horseradish Sauce.
After PB and Horseradish are mixed
Then GENTLY mix in Mayo. Do not over mix or it will separate!
Put mixture in eggs I use a spoon for a rustic look. Yes Max, I push it off the spoon with my fingers.
Sprinkle with Smoked Paprika.
Add small slice of Kosher Dill Pickle on top of each.
Zigzag Sriracha Hot Sauce on top of each.
Enjoy!

Apparently they had an hour to sloppily throw together a video. Where do I start First off, Marry Me Chicken has bacon in the dish. How in the hell do you leave it off of a pizza Not to mention some form of onion either in the sauce or as a topping. You also pushed all the air out of the dough by rolling it, and that's why you ended up with a cracker instead of a pizza. You can't even take the time to make dough (it's not hard, you even said so yourself many times. How hard is it to grill up a nice juicy chicken breast and dice it up That dry shredded chicken is only going to get drier. Sorry, but this is a fail.

The rising of the crust has alot to do with the recipe of the dough along with the temperature. Working with dough every day; our commissary changes the ratio or yeast in the dough depending on the temperature and season. If there's less yeast in the mix and its cold, it won't rise as much as it typically would in the hot summer months. My offer still stands if you want to fly me out there to you guys, I will teach you how to properly toss a pizza and create a good crust.

Sam. I have to tell you this. I've watched you for years. I've bought your merch, hell before my mother died God rest her soul she bought me one of your knives. I'm a complete supporter and fan through and through.
As a man about to turn 40, I am now pregnant from watching this. Thank you so much. I owe you everything.
Keep doing what you're doing. I love you ( no homo )

Next time you do this at home you should take the left over sauce and put it in a blender and blend it all up then put it in a bottle and use it as a drizzle on top of the pizza like how a buffalo style pizza would have extra buffalo sauce on top after the bake!
That shit would go so hard

If you want to take your married me sauce to the next level after the garlic add a tablespoon of dijon tablespoon of tomato paste and a teaspoon of oregano. Cook for a minute. And deglaze with white wine and reduce by half and use half the amount of chicken stock he used. omg
reply

Not bad, but that sauce needed some more reduction and your use of a rolling pin to stretch pizza dough makes me sad. If I lived on that side of the country, I'd make it a point to teach you how to properly stretch dough like my old Italian boss Roberto taught me

When you cook pizza in the house oven precook the dough a couple minutes before adding the sauce and stuff the dough will come out much better. Cooking with the ingredients on the dough won’t be cooked properly it will be cooked just not as good

A day late to the party but once again, you rarely fail to inspire my already varied culinary skills with amazing and flavorful ideas. My digital note book runneth over with so many new things to try! Thx Sam and the boyz!

An F-ton is equal to 10 Shit-tons.
Fun Fact: A buttload is an actual unit of measurement, it's an old term used for wine and spirits equal to two hogsheads or approximately 126 gallons.

I used to love sun-dried tomatoes, but somewhere around age 25 I couldn’t stand them anymore for the past 15 years I’ve avoided them I might give them a shot with this though

And it doesn’t have smoked salmon! You wanna know why Because no one wants a stanky ass salmon pizza! We’re marked safe once again from a nasty smoked salmon pizza!

I’ve been chasing the pizza dough dragon for 20 years. finally cracked it. to include being able to freeze it. 3-4hrs at room temp and it’s ready to go.
reply

Sam, max, they make dragon fly ornaments you can place around your work area. Scares the flies off. My dad used them on his porch. Zero flies.
reply

Thank you, Sam! I make your pizza dough recipe (the one in the food processor) all the time and it is our favorite! Gotta try this recipe.
