Homemade Corned Beef And How To Use It Crimsaur: To everyone saying Ill try one of these recipes tomorrow, try it tonight. Just put on your big boy pants, pull up an easy looking recipe, and try it. Doesnt matter if you screw it up or not, just try it once. Make notes of what you messed up on, and try again a few days later. Once youve got one recipe down, try another one. Rinse and repeat. If you take it one day at a time, and dont think about tomorrow, youll get there. Dont give up

tasty its a great vid but can u pls promote more vegan or at least vegetarian recipes because as we all know that a big portion for global warming and pollution is contributed by the meat sector so pls i would really love it.

This is not corned beef. The reason its called corned beef is because its cured in rock salt. Just raw meat and salt, maybe some spices for flavor. What this video demostrated is a stew.

I have to wait 7 to 10 days to eat my corn beef? then again with those preceding procedures? Thats alot of work My appetite soon change within that period for something else.

Crazy ting is that I watched a next girl at the buzzfeed studio and she spoke to someone who said they was working on a corned beef video and now I have watched it

What went wrong with the pickling process here? Why is there an UGLY, dark blotch in the center of the brisket? This doesnt inspire me to try this process at all
reply

When you start slicing at 1: 34, it does not look like the brisket was fully cured. Isnt corned beef supposed to be pink/red all the way through?
