5 Homemade Dumplings To Feast On
Steve: I really liked the first 4 recipes, the last, apricot not so much. These are Japanese based dumplings & are very good, but my fave are Korean dumplings steamed in stacked bamboo basket containers & i really like the dumplings loaded with broth as they are delicious. Plus my 2 fave sides with dumplings are Korean heavily fermented Kim-Chi & steamed rice, so, so, delicious. When you bite into a Korean pork mixture with a lot of broth dumpling it is an explosion of flavor, just absolutely delicious. Date: 2020-03-05
