5 Amazing Recipes You Can Make Using Rice Steve Logan: Very nice recipes, the 1st one threw me off, asian ingredients with a little cheese, even though it was a decorative little bear. I have eaten at many asian restaurants, chinese, japanese, thai, laotian, vietnamese, korean, etc. and i do not recall ever seeing cheese as an ingredient on the menu, and i'm 56, very innovative idea, good job, now i wonder how it tastes, lol, i like sesame sauce/oil, but i think i would scratch the soy sauce. btw, i like that you use chix thighs in most of your recipes, my fave piece on the chix, and i think the most flavorful.

First recipe: The cook puts rice bear to sleep as if it's his own baby. But i would like to wake it up and eat it anyway.
