Does anyone else notice how Tasty chefs always need larger bowls? Garlic shrimp. don't you loose most of the flavor when you peel off the shell?

I add crab meat to my macaroni salad and rich vegetables such as cabbage, carrots and paprika to make the texture good. :)

Looks great but I can't eat anything starchy dang it Had the gastric bypass surgery. I wonder if I could substitute the macaroni
