Hi Tasty team Could you make a keto zucchini bread or cake? Or turn this recipe keto? I bought too much zucchini for zoodles. They're starting to go off. I can't finish them off as zoodles alone. So I'd love to make a large batch of zucchini bread/cake that I can store in the fridge freezer. Pleeeeease. Thank you

Too much sweetness in a single bread. Did bread myself a lot of times and I've never in my life used this amount of sugar, nor my professional chef friends. Besides, WHITE SUGAR IS POISON Stop recommending it to people, help them get educated

But like. why? It would be understandable if the Zucchini acted as some sort of substitute (like instead eggs to make it vegan, or instead of flour to make it gluten-free or something like that) but not. it's just an extra thing to add.

To be honest id go for a more healthier oil to bake with, and that's olive, coconut or flaxseed oils. EVEN THOUGH canola is good for baking these oils are well for baking too, and ARE much more healthier than canola.

Oh god, some days ago, my mother made a chocolate cake. It was good but it had a slightly weird taste. Later she told us that had zucchini on it. Not that much of a good surprise, mom.

I don't get the point of zucchini bread or cakes. if its not replacing any of the butter, oil, or sugar then the dessert is still as unhealthy as it would be without zucchini.

you forgot to add kale, quinoa, flax seeds and whatever super foods you can find into that bread. don't forget to add in maraschino cherries and serve it for christmas
