Thank you so much for the inspiration! Its saturday night and we have such lovely winter weather with snow and ice on the lakes. First I looked at your video and then I went into My kitchen and started. And I have had such a lovely evening with my painting and a glass of cold white wine. I have just been painting for a few months and I love it. I'm 68 so its a little late but never the less. Here is what came out from me after your video. Sincerely

you mentioned about getting discouraged at certain point in the painting. how do you work through it? because I struggle with carrying on with a painting when I get to the middle point and it just don't look right. and I usually end up washing everything off the canvas and starting again lol

The way you describe paint is a life lesson worth noting. When you notice that you screw up its a good sign that your aware, you can just keep going and paint over it. The importance is to keep pushing forward. I love this philosophy. Only way to get better is to keep practising.

Agreed, One of my favorites, have watched more then once. Not brave enough to attempt to try paint yet. Did blue forrest and it turned out nice. Thank you for all your lessons very appreciated. Know there time consuming.

Awesome as usual. One suggestion though. since this is an really old uncharted forest scene. think I would pop in a few fallen trees. and maybe a rotting stump. Just a thought. :)
