OMG! I totally second that Laura you are a natural at this! Thank you so much for the tips about placing rocks at the bottom of the containers. after I watched this video I went through all my containers and removed all the gravel. thanks so much! I look so forward to trying most if not all the projects you presented!

I suggest that when folks reuse their potting soil, they mix in some time release fertilizer along with fresh mix. And I always mix in additional ingredients like coir, pumice, and #12 silica sand for better drainage. You are a delight!

Hi Laura! Love the vids! Question, I'm here in zone 7. I'm going to be planting tulip bulbs within the next week or two. I've also ordered canna Lilly roots, can I plant and mulch them now or should I just wait until next spring to plant?

About watering in winter. Do you water even if the water just freeze to ice? Wouldn't that hurt the roots? Or should i only water when above freezing?
