Hi Laura! I love ALL of your Videos! Question; Do you use regular tap water in your terrariums or would distilled water be better? We have city water and sometimes it kind of smells like bleach. I wondered because I would like to start a Closhe terrarium (one of my cats is a houseplant eater) and am concerned about our water, especially in an enclosed space. Keep up the amazing work!

Unfortunately, my lady, of course, your plants are coming out with a beautiful scent, not because you are well watering them or putting their compost on them. If that is the reason why my plants do not come out like flowers, but the reason is that they take their beauty from the softness of your touch and steal their perfume from your perfume.

Wow. Hydra-stones, who knew! I'm amazed at how well those succulents did in that terrarium. I can definitely see the advantage to having the vent holes at the top. Thanks for the update. My hope for your family is to have a very Merry Christmas an a happy, prosperous and healthy New Year!

I always love to see your stuff every peace is beautiful and so cute. I wonder how you can do it, I see you just put them in. It's look very easy for you.
For me I spend so much time to arrange them but it's looks like. um.

I am always glad to start my day with Garden Answer! Thank you for mentioning to air holes! Old glass cloches are so beautiful but wont have the circulation needed and I would not have thought about that!

I love these hydro stones! I used them in my terrarium plus put them with moss and some charcoal in the bottom of a santa cup with no hole; I then planted some mini green plants- it is doing GREAT!

You could probably use any type of stones! Just put more drainage stuff in your cactus soil; like perlite or course sand then the saturated zone won't soak up so mutch water!
