The wreath isn't half bad, but I definitely understand what you mean by not hitting the mark. Sometimes, I have trouble executing my vision exactly as I'd hoped, too, and have learned to just let it be. Some mistakes have even grown on me and I've ended up loving them in the end. Others? Well, there's always next time. Give Benjamin a squeeze from me and Russell, too, of course. Lisa

I enjoyed your video on wreath making for January/after the holidays. I have the same problem with my front door, in that, unless your colors are quite bright, you can't see it from the road, and we live close to the road. I usually have to really use dramatic colors in my porch and door decorations. With regards to your wreath, I would use a more eye-catching black and white ribbon and definitely wire ribbon. Love your ideas though.

That Russell! Even though your wreath didnt quite turn out like you hoped, at least you have Russell in the background for comedic relief. Ive had that happen to me before when doing a project and it just didnt turn out like I wanted. But thats ok. It cant be perfect every time. Russell however, he is killing it! Living his best life! Lol

Hi Laura and Aaron. In the video on a Faux Wreath. I have just as much enjoyment watching Russell as you guys. I'm a animal person and he cracks me up. In this video check out the extension of the feet as he's hanging from the wood. I cracked up. Aaron's editing is fantastic in all the videos. Great Job. Have a great day.

I understand how you enjoy live items as opposed to faux. I absolutely loved seeing this video; my home has very little sunlight - on a mountain and in a tree canopy - so, I have to use more faux. Even the low light houseplants struggle in my home. Also, I LOVED the black and white bow! Thanks for posting!

Oh my gosh - the cat was hilarious! P. S. Glad I am not the only one that has grandiose ideas and the outcome was not near what I anticipated, but it was still awesome. But then I am a wreath nut. I have a basement wall full of wreaths waiting to drag upstairs per season and holiday. Thanks!

I think the wreath turned out beautiful, but I don't care for the ribbon. It doesn't seem to go with the rest of the design. It's too bold and colors seem a little off. Maybe it just looks different on video, but maybe you wouldn't feel so meh about it with a different ribbon.

Omg! The blooper clip was awesome. You should do a video with just blooper clips. I make wreaths and I've never seen a willow wreath. I'll be looking for one now. Thanks for inspiration. Now I need to make a new spring wreath for my door. PS I hate making bows!

Bahahah! Russell! yes, yes, and yes! Sometimes things don't turn out as we originally envisioned, but nonetheless its unique and you did your best. Love and embrace it. You can always add or take away. I kinda want Spring to get here already lol
