PLEASE, PLEASE do a video in spring on how you are going to clean out all the containers with bulbs in them. I live in an area where bulbs are annuals because it doesnt get cold enough. Im forcing my bulbs by putting them in the fridge. I will be planting them in a container but Im nervous about what to do with them after they are done blooming. Please spread your garden wisdom my way.

Regarding the Versailles Garden bulbs, is it possible to plant the urn tulips into four greenhouse containers and overwinter undercover with your large planters? Come spring, you could then place those tulips - containers and
all - right into the urns (from which you had removed enough soil to accommodate the greenhouse containers.

Yes - I feel the excitement of the coming spring, watching you plant for it now. Winter is such a wonderful time to be inside a bit, planning for the next growing season. Our extremely long, hot summer seems to have broken today and there is a chill in the air. That, in itself, is exciting.

Depending on the temperature that your cold frame heats up to in late winter it may make your bulbs bloom way to early. We tried that and they bloomed when no one else say them except for us. Hope it goes well, they should be beautiful!
Thanks for your video content!

Laura, will you dig the bulbs up in late Spring after the bulbs have finished their show to plant your summer containers? Youre inspiring me yet again but not sure if I want the work of digging them out afterwards. Thanks for your bounty of knowledge!
Shari.

Can you tell me, why am I thinking tulips have to be dug up each year? I have heard yes and no. Seems like when I do leave them whether in pots or the ground that they do not come back and or turn to mush, is there a variety that does come back like daffodils?

I have a question. I moved to longisland and have a few hydrangea in pots. I dont have space indoors but have a yard. Can I plant them in the yard or keep the pots out in the winter without killing them? Please do advise as I dont want to lose or kill them.

I'm curious, do you have an aversion to irises? You don't seem to plant those. Is there a reason why? Is it because of your soil, where you live, or preference? I'm a huge fan of your videos. I always learn something new. Btw, Benjamin is so cute.

How important is the Bulb Tone? I have Bio Tone on hand and was wondering if I could just use that for bulbs in pots. I'm in a warm season area and am ready to plant mine, but didn't want to have to run out and buy more fertilizer. Thanks!
