Planting MORE Cabbage & Alliums + Placing the New Trees! Garden Answer seriously? : Trees are forever. Or not. There comes a time when a planted tree is a planted tree. And no one ever wants to experience the heartbreak of not being able to re-transplant one thats now huge and in the wrong place. I just cut down a 10yr old prime producing nectarine tree because it needed to be moved a few feet over where I could get better access to it for routine pruning and dormant spraying for peach leaf curl and thrips. Never again. What looks like a pretty spot in your garden ornamentally, can be a heartbreaking mistake when you are cut off from enjoying bushels of juicy sweet fruit in late summer because you can't maintain the tree properly.

Oh Laura, I've miiiiiiiiissed you! I'm a nursing student and been so busy this semester I haven't watched one single video. But that's also a good thing cuz I can binge watch you for weeks! Of course after i study for finals. . So glad to see you and your sweet family. You helped me plant so many things last year with many successes and many opportunities to learn. Can't wait to grow with you again this year! Now I'm off to study. This girl has to practice saving lives before I save my flower beds.

I have been following for awhile now but dont normally comment. But watching this video scared me. I worked for a large company with lots of heavy mobile equipment. Riding on the forks of something moving in a forward direction is so dangerous. It makes no difference whos driving, how slow you make be going. Please, please reevaluate doing this in the future.

Hi from Sydney Australia! Love your videos! Found you when searching for information on planting succulents and have been a fan ever since. I love your hair! I remember that you mentioned that you have naturally wavy hair. What hair styling equipment do you use on your hair? It always looks lovely.

For those folks who had lamented the removal of the older, diseased trees should be happy with how many trees Laura and Aaron have planted. How stinking cute is Benjamin? I have a question about the trees. What do you look for in trees going in the new area, knowing you get high winds?

Hi! This question isnt related to this, but Ive been waiting for the planting of the ficus top that was lopped off. I have a ficus tree that is touching our 12 ft ceilings and I wanted to see the whole process before I cut mine. Thanks for sharing your invaluable knowledge!

Laura you may want to let your viewers know Esbenshades has the elusive Espoma land and sea compost in stock on Amazon and in their online shop as well. I havent been able to find it to drop ship at True Value or Ace Hardware so just wanted to provide them another option.

Is this style more of an Oregon way of landscaping. ie: formal, informal, desert, native? Not to scale. Are you looking for sparring look or more of a woodland look. Im so excited for you and to see it all done. Even though I dont want it done because its so exciting. Lol

I've had my own garden projects going on & have missed a lot of videos! I'm glad to finally rest & catch up (& watch someone else plant) - & I'm appreciating the MUSIC that's behind the videos. It's new? (Sorry if this has already been discussed) Digging the spring!

Your family reminds me of ours. My husband driving the tractor and me riding in bucket or on forks. We have a son and daughter who were born 17 months apart. We are farmers so we have a lot in common with what you do. I planted all the trees we have on our farm.
