Stuffed pepper recipe -
Approx. 12 banana peppers cut in half, seeds removed
Mix the following -
4 oz cream cheese
12 oz sausage (browned along with two cloves of chopped garlic)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup parm cheese
1/4 t (to taste) garlic powder
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1/8 t red pepper flakes
Fill peppers and bake at 425 for approx 20 minutes (until golden brown on top) Date: 2022-08-07
