. wow, being in Canada, I guess you don't have to worry about it, but that old cabin of yours looks like it would now be prime habitat for Copperheads and Rattlesnakes. I guess that is one good thing about being in Canada, eh. :)

Any plans to restore/renovate your original cabin after you finish the new one? Its stood up well to the ravages of time and looks like it could still be saved.

When you give the dimensions, is that inside, outside or center log wall measurements? Inside measurements would make the total log length at least 10'.
