Most people do not realize all the -scary bits- on an AR that the gov has tried to ban due to it being -more lethal- almost are exclusively for comfort and ease of use. Adjustable stock for people with shorter arms, pistol grip to be more comfortable shooting, flash hider or compensator are for reducing flash or muzzle rise, buffer spring in the interior of the stock for reducing recoil etc. If anything, they make the guns safer to operate for the average person, ESPECIALLY those who aren-t used to recoil. My sister would struggle to shoot a 12 gauge shotgun, but can and has easily shot my AR.

yeah hes canadian, but he knows how to shoot. hes more or less good with trigger discipline and already comfortable around firearms. heres the real challenge: find someone who isnt and get them to shoot. i wish ammo was the same price as it was when this vid was put up, because i would be shooting ALOT more than i am now, but yeah. find someone who is maybe even slightly scared of guns and get them out to shoot. that would make for some good content

That guy might not have been the right guy to get you acquainted with the AR-15 - lots of misinformation. These were designed for hunting. human targets. It was designed as a military rifle and made such that an average person could wield it easily - even a kid.

What most people don-t get is that semi auto or 3 round burst for m16 is preferable over full auto. I wouldn-t want full auto on mine because it blows through ammo and kills your accuracy. Looks cool in movies and scares the libs but that-s about it

assault weapon =/= assault rifle. 'assault weapon' is a US legal term that refers to high capacity modular semi automatic rifles. everything needs a specific name when it comes to the courts so there's no confusion on anyone's end.

seriously, running just three mags as fast as you can will fuk things up? i do that almost daily. not an issue at all. ever wonder why a combat load is what it is? its more than 3 mags, i can tell you that.

'This is an automatic rifle. ' No it isn't, AR stands for armalite rifle. It's not automatic, it's semi automatic. He even says it's a semi automatic I the video. AR-15s aren't really even that dangerous of a rifle.

No way I'd want to be holding that pea shooter with a hog charging me. If you are. You better unload it on him. I take a 30/06. Guns are line peckers. You can't have too much. Just not enough.
