Awesome video man, I will definitely be watching the rest of the series. Can I also say that I watch many of your videos and I think the addition of the quiet piano music in the background of the video is excellent, it really adds to the atmosphere and sense of peace and adventure. Fantastic content.

This is right up my street - fantastic. Am finding myself doing a lot of daydreaming about moving to canada one day. i just love the enviroment and all the waterways. With the flies - have any of you ever tried citronella essential oil? - it saved me from the midges in scotland. works well.

I had to reupload. a smarter guy than me noticed that the frame rate output was pitiful. Now the video will play at 29 frames a second nearly double, so far less choppy! Thanks again, guy from Reddit! Drop a comment and feel free to share and like. Much appreciated: )

Omg, all of those flies buzzing around BITE? Just a COUPLE of biting flies down here in Florida drives me indoors, that looks like a FEEDING frenzy of flies. - How are you guys not swatting like helicopters? Do you just get used to that?

would this be north of puzzle lake provincial park? I am from a bit further north, northern superior east, similar terrain and bush. fantastic job on the video. best of luck on casting for alone

I feel your pain. The black flies were gnarly at the start of this season in the Algonquin area and the mosquitos weren't much better this past weekend. Great video.
