I really want to hear from you! 6 million people followed the orders of government and you took the road less traveled! Now they don't want anyone back in until they check for safety. so the 6 million must stay away (somewhere, somehow) before getting into the long, long timely lines to get back to their homes. and you two are circumventing all that trouble encountered by the 6 million! THINK (is what you did) People in the Houston mess gave us videos so we could see what was going on. The videos we got on the IRMA hurricane was a bunch of professional news reporters standing in the rain grabbing a tree branch from the ground and saying, this is very heavy (referring to the branch.

Yes living in a tropical location can always bring big storms I live out in the pacific and we are very fortunate that we haven't got hit in the past 11 years by typhoons just be safe always when a storm approach near you. LOL Brian I have seen storms tear down warehouse lift 40 foot containers more than 200yards. The worst is the aftermath no power or water sometimes months, weeks, or even better days. praying for you guys.

Hey! Hope you guys made it through. Haven't heard from ya since the storm. Did your generator bomb out? Hope everything is well with ya both. Keep us posted. Just concerned since you said that you would keep us in the loop.

I don't care about hurricanes. I can't wait to move down to Florida from Chicago IL. Honestly better the hurricanes than -40 degrees and heavy snow!

You are so lucky that Irma is much weaker than expected. Would she have been a cat5, you wouldn't have made it so easily through it.
