I probably missed it, but would like to know what you use the power rods for. They look big but not flexible, run by hydraulics, but it's not clear what they are used for. Also would like to see again how you tie on weights with rubber bands. I really enjoy watching your videos - both of you are fun and you teach at the same time. Thanks!

Awesome video. Darcizzle, you look like you were in vacation mode (hard to explain, less stress perhaps. I have a BG 2500 I use for smaller saltwater fish and for largemouth bass; that was an awesome permit on the Diawa! Looking forward to the next adventure!

or anyone can you recommend some places to take my 15 year old son deep sea fishing with some beach time at the end of May or beginning of June?
Preferably south or east coast? we may have about a week to do it.

You know what they say. it's NOT fun and games until somebody's eye gets poked out: -D! The Keys are always a great place for fishing, diving, etc. You had an awesome trip. Keep up the good work.

Love it. Even Puddin got in on the act. Cizzle, fabulous as always. I didn't do to bad this weekend. 14 small mouth. 7 large mouth, 1 walleye. Would rather be back fishin salt.
