I totally understand the concept of to each their own. The Rainbows are a quality fish but I just refuse to eat them raw. Cajun breaded and deep fried properly they are glorious.

Are parasites not a concern or does the acid take care of them? I've seen other videos where flash freezing the runners was recommended if preparing as sashimi.
