In this Florida fishing Catch Clean Cook video, we go inshore fishing in Stuart, Florida on our flats boat. Started the day cast netting live bait and catching sheepshead, snook & ladyfish too! Then we went tripletail fishing and I caught not one but two record breaking fish on one fishing trip! Record breaker of my previous personal best PB fish- giant tripletail light tackle fishing! Saltwater fishing live shrimp rig on ultra light tackle! In this catch and cook I show you how to clean fish, fillet tripletail. We cook fish using a special fish recipe, macadamia nut encrusted fish with a coconut jalapeno lime sauce. Easy fish recipe and so DELICIOUS! A piece of heaven on earth! I love my job!

Hey I was curious if you have ever had walleye. They are really common in the northern states. I caught one by accident once and cooked it. It remains to this day the tastiest fish I ever remember having. It would be awesome if you could do a catch and cook if you ever made it up to canada, wisconsin, really any of those places up north. I have had snapper, crappie, grouper, redfish, etc. Walleye remains my favorite. its a shame I cant buy fresh walleye in the store.

I gotta make it down your way sometime to sample the fishing in your part of the country. I live in Minnesota, but really love saltwater fishing. I find myself wishing I lived in Florida during the winter like my dad did. Came down to Florida once to fish offshore with my dad once and had the time of my life. Dad's gone now, but the desire to do some more offshore has stayed with me. Thanks for your post, Darci and Brian!

I had to get rid of my Barracuda cast nets. They just fall apart. Did a warranty on one and first throw on the new one easily tore it. Ended up with a cheap Walmart net and no issues lol

10 minutes on a hot cast iron skillet seems a bit overcooked, but then again I would enjoy eating a used band aid sitting next to this hotness.

Great triple tail show. It's great the way you go from catching to cleaning to cooking. Those were some great recipes you guys gave today. Thanks.
