We head out to the deep sea with a mission to harvest seaweed! It was fun to forage seaweed also known as sargassum seaweed, a marine algae that has many seaweed benefits for humans. Sargassum is a floating nursery for many fish species and is an edible seaweed that comes in 130 varieties around the world. After catching seaweed and a big mutton snapper we take the seaweed back home and we cook two seaweed recipes; eating seaweed for the first time! Captrowdy49: Don't know, till you go. Imagine the first people to eat an oyster. Nothing ventured, nothing gained. Darn ribbon fish have taken over here ( Norfolk VA) Crazy acting fish. Eels on coke. They are like monsters with their gar like mouth. Hope they go away soon.
