BlueGabe, 10 months ain't bad. But she was counting, and that might be a clue. Any woman that will dive across a muddy creek to catch a thumb snapping blue crab is definitely a better catch than anything else you have had on your line. You don't exploit her for her assets, and she loves your kids and family. But I don't need to tell you any of that, you already know. She has you hooked as well. Love all the videos, and always a bit sad when one ends. Enjoy the world, be happy. I always say, -If you ain't happy, you're doing it wrong! -

I didn't see you cook the thin strips but I'm guessing it was tough because it most likely was overcooked, hard to NOT overcook any meat that thin. Also found out pork can actually be consumed at a lower temp than recommended, 125-135 which makes pork a LOT more tender and juicy than at the typical 165. but hard to achieve this with thin pieces of meat, really needs to be done with thicker chunks like the tenderloin and similar cuts.

I love all your videos you need to take Jake bass fishing in Palm Coast in town center. Hit up my good friend Robb Adams and he will show you were the fatties are! If he will let you know - he doesn't like giving out his spots but tell him his old neighbor JD sent you. If it's you Gabe I'm sure he would love it. great family btw with a boy Jakes age y'all would have fun

-Bluegabe. Kelly is rubbing off on you in a good way. Might wanna hang onto her! Regarding the -getting off of city water- comment: check out Big Berkey water filters. My wife and I have 5 kids, and have the biggest one of these they make. It-s great, and pretty much the only water we drink. It filters out the chlorine among other things.

Am having trouble with the link to the processing, it says that the vid is private? just a black screen with exclamation mark and text that reads: Video unavailable This video is private. We are super keen to watch it as we do a lot of processing of our animals so it would be super helpful. Thanks for all your vids they are great!

Gabe, every diner and cafe/restaurant in Indiana serve that same piece of meat, we just call it a Tenderloin sandwich, it's a staple up here just like a grouper sandwich or like in N. O. a poor boy, but the best breading for that loin is going to be everglades breading, try it next time, you won't be disappointed, I promise.

We have one of those hammers for tenderizing but found a root beer bottle works alot better for tendering deer steaks or fried steaks, you turn it over and use the side you drink from and you can-t beat rice onions and gravy with fried deer steaks I grew up eating that all the time

My son shot a hog the other day and I cut it and pan fried it like how you showed you cut it up the small medallions way and soaked it in a can of coke for a few hours it helps if you don-t want to pound it out. He said the whole time eating it that I cooked it just like Blue Gabe

From the comic strip Macanudo in the Sunday paper a couple of weeks ago, the young girl sitting on the swing talking to her cat, -Fellini, do you think I will remember me when I grow up? - I think your family has that covered well!
