And won't ever have to h at e a need for a pellet oven. They have their uses but I'm a hard core stick burner from way back.
They have their place and uses, and I've used them to cook for other because that's all they had.
But the amount of air that runs through them imo tends to dry things out compared to my 50 dollars invested ugly drum smoker. And I will never have to deal with the electronics going bad.
Sorry for the negativity.
I'm old skool. And not rich. And if I was I still would build my own smokers.
But like I said, I have access to plenty of different woods and for free.
But that head meat is delicious.

I wish somebody had explained that to me like that before I went to China, Hong Kong, Malasia and Thiland. I shyed away from all sorts of good eating because I did not understand it. PS. Are you sure you are not Chinese? Because they will eat anything with legs except the table and the chairs. Thanks to You and Kelly for another great and informative video. I really enjoyed this one, Great job

A++++ that is going to be something I will be doing from now on. What really sucks is that my grandson and I just came back from a fishing trip in the gulf and caught 4 monster red grouper. Smallest was 27 lbs. Really wish I seen this before I went out. Great family you have there, stay safe and stay happy guys. Love the videos and not to far from you in Venice.
