Coastal Foraging on the shores of Cornwall can be incredible. Every day is a school day as you never know what you may find. Crabs, Lobsters, Fish, Jellyfish, Anemone, Urchins. who knows?

I read a book in high school, more yrs ago than I care to admit, about the Irish famine.
Politics & culture aside, at that time the seas were stuffed with Cod & a multiple of other species that would've saved so many lives. but Ireland was not a -fishing- culture.
It was also a time where a great migration to America began.
And the English were more than eager to help this happen.
Im too young to remember, but when Kennedy ran for president, the fact that his family were Irish catholic was presumably a liability.
But, of course he won.
Then, it was a celebration of the first Irish Catholic to become president.
I watch your video's & Im amazed at how much food is there for the taking.
And, its an extremely heathy & delicious food source. love it

Your videos should be compulsory viewing for all young anglers to see what is NOT a weever! I've lost count of the number of harmless little fish I've seen people kill for no good reason, blennies, scorpion fish, rockling, you name it they'll stamp on it! And it's not like you can't hold a weever safely if you know how!

I never knew that Common Blennies can bite as i've never been bitten by one myself, I found them all the time when I went to amble to the rockpools cos I find lots of them when the tide goes out under the rocks where the water had receeded.
I'm planning to go in the summer with my mom if the weather is good

A shame about those crabs with the parasites in them. I know this is a dark question but would it almost be better to remove the crab when you find them or do the parasites die when the crab eventually does? We have those same shore crabs here in the US but I've not seen that before.

Same. I'd love it if you came to the UK I live there and there's TONS AND TONS of cool stuff to find! Lobster, prawn, crab, cockles and mussels! Scallops though. I haven't found any of them - just shells. But yeah it would be great to come! Location: Port Seton East Lothian.

I don't know why one of the big tv companies haven't snapped you up for a TV series on fishing or foraging yet as your knowledge is amazing and I love watching your videos.
It's just as good as an Attenborough documentary.
Well done and keep them coming.

Another very enjoyable video. I wouldn't recommend picking up Scorpion fish, for people unfamiliar with them though. I got a spine right in the joint of my finger from a Long Spined Scorpion fish once and it didn't half make my eyes go funny: -)

Another awesome video!
Moving to Hawaii soon and I can-t wait to explore the coast line!
Your voice is primo for voice over work.
Low, calm, and soothing. Cheers!
