HERE'S A LITTLE TIP: .Anytime you're eating meat that's not quite as tender as you'd like it to be. simply treat it like a london broil. don't eat thick chunks. slice it THIN as you're eating. A little more palatable that way. Glad to see ya feeling better.

I wish my friend will get well too after the surgery. Doctors said that the success rate of the surgery is 40% that's why i'm scared he lost hope in life somehow i'm trying to cheer him up but idk how please help me and pray for him

Your feeling better that's great! Consider a regular alkalinity regimen, don't let your body get to acidic! Cancer cannot live in an alkaline body fluids but can thrive in an acidic state and most of what we eat and drink these days makes our bodies acidic

I rember that feeling 2 back to back surgery's I was very refrshed when I got back to be normal being outdoors is my medication u suck in all the goodies that mother nature gave us Iowa Boy out
