We are returning to Lake Fork to go crappie fishing using a jig fishing technique to catch black crappie off shallow water stumps. This lake can be tough at times but is well known for it's super healthy population of bass, crappie and other freshwater fishes

I'm very sure you wont ever see this, but I'm glad to see you catching fish. But if you introduced a float to your jigging method, you would be doing yourself a great favor. It would also help keep the bass at bay

That racing stripe on them crappies faces is a hybrid mix between a black and a white crappie. we get the same ones in blue mountain lake magazine Arkansas

I'm sure that you know this. The black nose or magnolia crappie is the name of the striped back crappie. Good watching your putting out.
