Geez! Anyone recommendations on how I can get FRESH FISH, frozen I guess, shipped to me. I’m in south Ga but 100 plus miles from the ocean!
It’s so hard in my very rural area to get what I want. 35 years living on the coast, fishing etc. so I know what great seafood is.

yeah overcast with some waves usually works a lot better in my experience than dead calm with a glass surface. Or if its dead calm at least have heavy cloud and some rain. But where I fished and had success with rain it was far from land, or there was not much land so not much run off.

You guys are the bomb! Complete From Catch to cook the quality is top notch! But! Begin using Seaweed paper, wrap those pieces with ginger and alll you did, eat it with bokchoy leaf! Seaweed paper on the boat is amazing for tuna.
