Brook and I went out and caught some Yellowtails the night before. The next day we made some amazing Fish tacos, with our fresh yellowtail fillets. We are very lucky to live in a state where fresh fish for dinner is possible nearly any day of the week. This recipe is very simple and yet tasty, so be sure to give it a try.
For the Salsa:
Mandarins (canned/in plastic)
cilantro
Tomatoes
Salt
Sesame Oil
Red Onion
Also:
Fresh Fish (Snapper, grouper, Mahi Mahi etc)
Taco shells
