Im kind of upset that Florida Sportsman went down so hill over the years. Hope it makes a comeback.

Another great video. After years of boat fishing in S Jersey as a kid, and then lake fishing at places I was stationed during my career, florida is kicking my ass. Hopefully I can use some of your tips and these forums to bring home a fish i can eat. Maybe even use one of Brook's recipes.

the only problem is no one ever posts anything in these forums. the majority of the posts are almost 6 months old. I try and follow the facebook groups for reports, and use youtube/forums for gathering info on like rig setups, and line capacity questions.

I live on the other coast, and we're thinking about going offshore for kings but we don't want to spend a ton of money, anything you can recomend for us. like many I don't personally enjoy dropping 500 on Reels. Any suggestions to what we should get?
